The 47,000 square foot United Club is a two-story area with unparalleled views of Lake Michigan, city skyline and the stadium. Each room provides a unique hospitality area for corporate, social or private events. Whether you are hosting a 100-person dinner or 5,000-person corporate event, the United Club is your ideal Room With A View.
The First Floor United Club is designed to accommodate large corporate, private or special events. Sit-down dinners and receptions for 500 - 5,000 people will easily fit in this unique room. Tradeshows and public events will also find the room ideal for booth and display set-ups. The 20-foot vaulted ceilings, 2 large video walls and lakeside windows add to the splendor of the room. The rental rate for the 1st Floor United Club starts at $6,500.
Located on the east side of the stadium and adjacent to the historic colonnades, the Upper Level of the United Club is an impressive area. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer magnificent views of Lake Michigan. The crescent shaped room is a unique space and ideal for smaller to medium sized receptions.
The colonnades are one of Soldier Field's most distinctive features. The landmark columns are now available for private outdoor hospitality events. The area may be used in conjunction with another Club floor or alone, and offers a special place for a special event. The Upper Level Club and Colonnades are available to rent together or as separate venues. Each area starts at $5,000.
The United Club rental rates include:
- Banquet tables and chairs for 500 guests (Groups larger than 500 people may rent additional tables and chairs)
- Soldier Field event coordinator
- Ushering and security staff (4 hours). Additional service may be arranged. Billing rates range from $11.00 - $16.00 per person, per hour
- (2) Electrical hook-ups. Additional hook-ups may be ordered. Major electrical needs require an electrician. Electricians start at $125 per hour.
- Catering - handled by Sportservice, Soldier Field's exclusive in-house catering company. Clients must meet a $7,500 food and beverage dinner minimum and $3,500 lunch minimum.
- Standard white linens are provided. Colored linens, floral arrangements, decorations may be arranged by the catering company
- On-site parking and valet available for additional fees
Meeting spaces/Smaller groups
Soldier Field does not have any standard Meeting Rooms. However, located on the 1st Floor of the United Club are two unique alcove-rooms. Known as the Temple Gate Rooms, these areas can accommodate 100 people and are available for meetings or smaller receptions. The Temple Gate Rooms are built around the original columns of Soldier Field and provide an historic feel to the rooms. The Temple Gate Rooms are available for $2,500 per room and include the above-mentioned services.
SOLDIER FIELD SKY SUITE PROGRAM
Overlooking Lake Michigan and the stadium field, the sky suites at Soldier Field offer breathtaking views. The glass enclosed luxury suites provide an ideal setting to network and socialize with fellow associates and friends. The 12-100 person sky suites are available for meetings and smaller events.
PRICE: $1,500 - $3,500 per suite * Food and beverage is not included in the above price; however catering is available through Soldier Field’s exclusive caterer.
