ADA Drop-Off Areas
Disabled patrons may be dropped off on the circle drive (east side of the stadium) on Museum Campus Drive outside Gate 10. An ADA placard or license plate must be visible to the police and parking attendants, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the Gate 14 drop-off.
ADA Seating
The stadium offers wheelchair-accessible and companion seating on an individual game basis. On an individual game basis, wheelchair-accessible seating is available at the Ticket Office and through Ticketmaster. If Ticketmaster has exhausted its allocation of wheelchair-accessible seating, but conventional seating is still available, the disabled patron is invited to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating and then call the ADA Coordinator at (312) 235-7000 to arrange an exchange for accessible seating. The stadium reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair-accessible and companion seating.
Advertising and Promotions:
The Soldier Field Marketing team provides a wide variety of advertising and promotional services for all events booked at the stadium and surrounding parkland. Our staff has extensive experience in event planning, creative services, sponsorship sales, public relations, promotions and publicity. This experience has allowed us to form unique partnering relationships with local companies and organizations.
Alcoholic Beverages and Illegal Drugs
These items are strictly prohibited from being carried into Soldier Field. Beer will be sold at designated concession stands within the stadium and will also be served by vendors in the seating bowl area. Alcohol policies are posted at every concession stand.
America's Veterans
Built in honor of World War I veterans, the designation "Soldier Field" will remain the only name for the stadium, and a "Doughboy" foot soldier statue greets visitors inside Gate O at the stadium's south end. A dramatic Veteran's Memorial water wall is located at the north entry point to the stadium to honor American veterans of all wars from every branch of service. For the first time, Soldier Field's historic colonnades will be open year-round to the public, as they were originally intended.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
Chase ATMs are conveniently located around the stadium.
Bag Search/Scan
All persons entering the stadium and their possessions are subject to a visual search, and, if necessary, an electronic wand scan. No Backpacks Allowed.
Banners/Flags/Signs
These are permitted provided the item is not commercial or offensive. Banners must not include profane language, advertisements, or political slogans and must not be placed over any official stadium signage. Items must not be attached to a pole or the like which may cause harm to the guests seated around you. Items must not be used as projectiles. Banners or signs cannot obstruct the view of other guests. Stadium security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession if deemed appropriate for any and all reasons.
Bike Parking and Racks
These are located on the perimeter of the Stadium. The stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Binoculars/Cameras/Video Equipment
Hand-held binoculars and small still-photo cameras are permitted in Soldier Field. Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted in the stadium without the user holding proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of SMG or the Chicago Park District.
Concessions
Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage concessionaire within Soldier Field stadium. There are approximately three times as many concession stands at the new Soldier Field than the old facility. Sportservice Main Phone: 312-235-7020
Elevators/Escalators
To access the United Club there are four elevators located at the north end and three at the south end of the stadium. Two elevators on the south end are also accessible from ground level inside Gate 14. Eight escalators are also available in the United Club area to provide access the United Club to Club Level 200 and Club Level 300. The seven elevators provide access to the 133 Suites.
One elevator is located in the southeast corner of the South Courtyard near Gate 6 providing service from the Grand Concourse to the Mezzanine Level. A second elevator is located in the southwest corner of the stadium on the Mezzanine Level behind Section 131 providing access from the Mezzanine Level to the Media Deck and Grandstand. All elevators are ADA accessible.
Firearms/Fireworks
These are not permitted within Soldier Field, the surrounding parkland, and the parking lots.

The following items are NOT permitted to be brought into the stadium:

- Backpacks
- Bags and purses larger than 8"x11"x12"
- Balloons and beach balls
- Cans, bottles or other beverage containers
- Confetti
- Coolers
- Fireworks, smoke bombs
- Ice chests
- Illegal drugs
- Laser pens and pointers
- Noise-making devices (ie/horns, whistles, etc.)
- Poles to display banners or flags
- Umbrellas
- Video or movie cameras
- Weapons
- Stroller
- Any other items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate

Restrooms
There are approximately twice as many restrooms in new Soldier Field than in the old stadium. All restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. Every restroom in the stadium is ADA accessible. The stadium is also equipped with 14 Family Restrooms.
