Delaware North Companies Sportservice

Chef Mark Angeles has been a member of the Delaware North Sportservice team since 2006 working as the Executive Chef at Soldier Field.  He is responsible for all food services, which include products and staff servicing, catering, 133 owners’ suites, fine dining and concessions. 

With more than 20 years of expertise in all facets of cooking and management for Four Star/Four Diamond Hotels, casinos, stadiums, and private country clubs, Angeles has provided world-class cuisine for a range of parties and functions. 

Angeles has a Grand Diploma from L’ecole de Cordon Bleu in London, United Kingdom.  He has also been certified as an Executive Chef and as a Culinary Administrator by the American Culinary Federation.
